Micheal was friendly and polite. Despite the poor weather(raining cats and dogs) he got down to it straight away. Diagnosed the problem and explained the next steps. Thankyou for a prompt efficient service. After being quoted £145 for just the diagnosis at the dealer and then told no appts till Jan, I was relieved to get someone the very next day and £50 cheaper as I rely heavily on my car. Again Thankyou.

Dan was great. He did the work thoroughly and made sure I knew what was going on (eg let me know when he'd be arriving). Spotted some issues that a previous Click mechanic had misdiagnosed.

Awful. Here for 5 minutes, did a superficial look. Misdiagnosed the problem, leading to me having hundreds of pounds worth of unnecessary work done. Really difficult to complain about it without having to enter into dialogue with the mechanic directly.

Steve was great understood the problem and explained possibilities to me.

Daniel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue, clearly explained it to me and advised on all the possible steps to get the issue resolved.

Paul turned up on time and he was very professional and thorough with his explanation. I will definitely recommend him and use him in the future.
