HST did eventually complete the handbrake job so I can't have any complaints . What I am complaining about still , is the charge from JF Motorcare who did the original diagnosis. He was at my van for no more than 10 minutes and charged me £83 when he told me that the charge would be no more than £60.Also he stated that he would get back to me later that day with a price for the job ,but didn't get back to me until later the following day after I had to put in a complaint. He also stated that he was not going to do the job then changed and said he could do the job a week later which would have left me with out a van for 10 days .Because of this having to try to find someone else to do the job I have lost 4 days of work.I could have taken the van to a garage in the first place and it would have been repaired sooner ..I will certainly think twice about using this service again .

Work completed, Freelander 2 timing belt and water pump replacement; the work site was left clean, like he'd never been and my car ran spot on.
