Gareth was superb, from the initial call confirming location, address, locking nuts etc. To feedback regarding the replaced brake shoes all completed within the alloted time.

Rhalf decided that it would be better to fix the rear brakes at his premises based on the poor weather and that the wheel was stuck to the hub (due rust). I agreed to take my vehicle to his workshop. Rhalf was very efficient and friendly and easily resolved my problems. Would recommend him.

The only issue I had was that would have liked to have known they were arriving after the scheduled 8.00-10.00 booking. That did not affect the service once they were here. Liam contacted me on the morning of the work to check all things through and get a better understanding of the condition of the car and if it needed picking up or if it was driveable. He also explained what activities and timelines would be followed and kept me updated throughout the repair. Great service and excellent communication, and really fast reply and action from the request for service. Will be using again for other work needed on other cars we have.

Lee and Luke were brilliant and went over and above my expectations.My clutch was replaced and to be honest, it has really enhanced the drivability of the car.
