David was fantastic. Arrived a little later than expected but that wasn't an issue. He was an extremely friendly, polite and courteous individual. When discussing the issue to be addressed he appeared to be extremely knowledgeable and confident that the resolution should not be too onerous. When he returned the vehicle he advised that he had a few challenges with his parts supplier but managed to resolve these successfully and worked into the early evening to ensure that he got the job complete and the car returned in a timely manner. Dan rang very late and asked to reschedule first thing the following morning, which I agreed to, then Dan did not turn up until nearly dinner time said day, Dan then said he would provide feedback to which he did not and I had to contact Dan again to which no feedback was really given, overall not a good experience

Turned up on time , mot and full service completed promptly with no unnecessary additional work which I authorised if needed , but was not, other unscrupulous companies may have advantaged that but not here. Well done and thank you

The car was collected and returned to my home address which was very convenient, very friendly and professional. The only thing I would suggest for the website is to give the option of what products the customer would like as when my car was collected I was told that I had chosen the ‘budget’ clutch and I could upgrade to be better quality for £40, which is what I did, but would have liked the option in the first place.

Great work, highly detailed inspection and took the time afterwards to discuss the results with me.

Marcel came and diagnosed the issue with my Nissan Qashqai and took time to explain the issue. He managed to fix my car, replacing the timing belt, at my house! Couldn't have been happier. Let's just say, he knows his stuff! Would definitely recommend Marcel for fixing cars.

Baz did a great job sorting the broken front suspension on our nissan leaf - arrived at agreed time, good communication, and sorted the vehicle in an awkward location. He arranged extra (unplanned) parts at a good price and came out again the next day to fit and finish the job. Would happily recommend!

Simon attended for the second time in as many weeks to repair a broken front coil spring, an issue he picked up on his previous visit. The work did not go smoothly but with no fault to Simon who went out of his way to make sure the job was completed. Really great work and would definitely use Simon again.
