Courteous and effective .. hadn’t appreciated car would be taken away for the work and the time slot was simply window for collection as a result car wasn’t back useable until end of day. However good price and efficient. Might have appreciated old parts left to witness but all good otherwise

Fantastic Mechanic, turned up on time completed the work to a great standard and communicated well.

I was purchasing a used car, but I couldn't go in person to inspect the car myself and I sought help from car mechanic. Booking an engineer for a pre-purchase check couldn't be any easier through their website. Engineer Bana was assigned for the task and I was able to talk to him ahead of what I was looking for. Bana reported at the inspection site on time and was able to do a complete analysis and sent me a report with photos and concerns. He kept me updated with every step of the process and was avilable on calls to answer my queries willingly and without any hesitation. You can see that they are very professional and put themselves into our shoes to understand what we expect from them and provide exactly that. I'm very happy with report provided and I went ahead with purchasing the car and am very happy with it. I thoroughy recommend their services.
