Lee was punctual and thorough. Talked me through my options and saved me an unnecessary expensive repair.

The person who collected the vehicle was two hours late and ignored the pre-arrange location of the keys as I was busy with a client and instead banged on the door repeatedly. I then heard nothing for the next seven hours and had to message them on site to find out what was happening. So one star for communication. The car required further work (which due to its age wasn't a big surprise) and was returned the following day. The person who dropped the car off was unable to review the work done and could not run my through what addition work had been completed "I'm just a delivery driver" so again one star for communications. Overall a very disappointing experience compared to being able to talk to an actual mechanic who worked on the vehicle.

Unfortunately I didn't get to meet the mechanic, but the communication between myself and the Click Mechanic was really good.

Gemma was great she arrived on time and found the problem for me, I had to leave for work so when she finished she popped the keys through the letterbox for me, thank you Gemma

Cameron was a pleasant and experienced guy. BUT if you were to re-read my request for the work to be carried out I was clear about what needed to be done - A FULL drain and refill of the coolant. THIS HAS NOT BEEN CARRIED OUT - only a partial drain that I could have done. If a full change could not be carried out by a mobile mechanic I expect to be told that. Have checked the coolant this am and it is almost clear - not standard blue or pink. Also my tester shows little or no frost protection. No use to me - now back to square one. Not impressed or happy.

The lad who picked up the van, not sure if he was the mechanic who carried out the MOT, was a delight. I’ve met him before and he’s a top bloke. A credit to Auto Pro.

The work and his efficiency were excellent, that said I did request a service and an MoT. Click mechanic ignored that request.
