I was worried about using an online service for my car, and paying up front. However I was really pleased with Spencer and his friendly and professional service. He arrived towards the end of the window and explained everything that he was going to do. I was able to ask questions as he worked. This was a diagnostic check. A full computer check was done and he explained the results and advised me the recommended course of action. All in all, just what I needed.

He showed me what he had found and explained it to me. He then gave me the option of continuing with the work or to rethink my options.
