Happy with the work. My car was in terrible condition - so credit to them for putting up with it. They had the car for 3 days - but the communication was excellent the first two days - but on the last day was lagging despite following up repeatedly. I had an additional cost of £160 (of which I was expecting around £120 based on the comms over first two days). I am not lodging a complaint for the difference as they did a great job - but that does not make up for lack of communication and a surprise cost.

Stephan came out early and is actually the first mechanic I've used on this platform to honour his booking slot. He returned in around an hour with an update and advised me that the issue was not my rear brake pads, but it was something else. He gave me the rundown of everything he had done and how he found the issue. He then advised me on what I need to do. He even changed his costs to accommodate the actual work that was carried out, instead of how much I paid on booking. Stephan himself was very friendly and easy to talk to. He came across as very knowledgeable, and everything he said made sense and matched up with the research I'd done previously on the car. Thanks again.

Luke was great. Although my car could not be fixed, he went above and beyond to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly.

Joe was a great guy, came a day early fixed the problem. Excellent customer service told me everything that he was going to do and advised me for future steps. Extremely happy with the service polite and friendly.

Paid for a diagnostic for a noise when driving along. The garage said they didnt find anything despite it being in need of a wheel bearing!! Wouldn't use again as can't be trusted to diagnose a simple problem
