Came to collect the car at about 10.30am returned it at 16.30. Phone calls before they arrived and work done well. I had forgotten to refill the fuel so there wasn't enough to get the car back home to me. They refuelled the car, I returned the money to them. I appreciated them doing me a favour and no fuss about my mistake. Great service

The car wasn't starting (a crank no start problem). Brief diagnostic tests were conducted with a computer and a battery check that took about 20 minutes for nothing found. The mechanic then asked me to bring the car to their garage. I don't see any point for using the mobile mechanic service if the mechanic himself asks you to bring the car for another diagnostic which will cost you unless the repair work is done by them. The mobile diagnostic cost me £77 for nothing. The car was meant to be checked by Mohammed but he sent a mechanic who works in his garage. The mechanic said he suspected %80 the starter motor was faulty but it could be something else. Mohammed said and insisted it was the battery and sent me a picture of the test conducted (32% health). The car was push-started and the problem never occured again. I took the car to Halfords for a full service and to check the battery. No issues found and the battery was 72% healthy ( no reason to get replaced according to them). In short, avoid wasting your money.

The whole experience was great start to finish. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed and updated throughout the job. Clearly explained extra work needed and the price quoted was reasonable. Great that car was collected and returned after work was completed. Highly recommend using them for service, mot and general car maintenance.

Amazing quality... really tidy and very smart. Car sounds like a dream.. Blessed glad I changed that belt...and Mercedes asked EVIL Money for a job done in less than 3 hours..... Slight issue with the coolant fluid ... some great advice.. was probably an airlock or settling. Clean tidy and a complete gentleman.. Even helped me re-fit some pain the ..... wiper blades HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Shaid and team were great, I didn't realise that they were a bit further away from me and so my car was low on fuel. They put some in for me - and out a little extra, becasue they knew I had to go straight to the hospital when they arrived.
