Mohammed was excellent. Our car got picked up on time, they diagnosed the fault (which was turned out to be a much cheaper fix than the RAC had prepped us for), fixed it, and dropped the car back at the end of the day as promised.

Two guys turned up in the booking window and cracked straight on. They identified and showed me that the rear discs/bearings needed doing, gave me a fair price for the job and headed off to get the part before closing. Returned and fixed the issue. Showed me a pic of future work that I’ll want to bear in mind for next time.

Service schedule was not Reset ? May be it doesn’t get reset on an interim service ? That’s were Communication is good to have Car was collected late,, I am a real stickler for people being late No Communication what so ever to let me no they were running late or any updates to say everything was fine with the car.

Requested for my car to be picked up and returned but was contacted by the garage to say one of their mechanics hadn't turned up and asked if I could drive to the c Garage to complete the work required which I did to have the work completed

Found Liam to be very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Although he arrived later than original booking, comms were excellent and cause of delay was down to parts not being on delivery van. Liam took it upon himself to drive to the supplier and pick the part up before onward travel to me. Arrived slightly earlier than revised ETA. Would recommend.

John was great. Very knowledgable kept me up to date with what he was doing and what was wrong. Got straight down to the job. Overall very pleased with his work 👍

I couldn’t deal with my mechanic directly but I did deal with the reception staff on the phone. I had to get another family member to pass and reclaim the key due to my shift working. The work, new brake parts, I’m getting used to the ‘new’ feel. All good so far 😊

Knowledgeable and friendly. Did test drive at the end and advised on any further work that needed doing (luckily none was needed).
