Ryan is a great mechanic - managed to replace very tight spark plugs that other mechanics couldn't! Will use again.

David was great, arrived promptly and got the issue sorted quickly. He also did an extra battery health check for me.

Mac was really approachable and friendly, communicated that he was delayed. Unfortunately this was much longer than anticipated but he completed the work promptly and professionally once he arrive. Was very apologetic for the considerable delay.

The mechanic turned up promptly and fitted my battery; I was at work and my wife was at home to deal with the service and she had no complaints. The battery is working well so far! I did feel that being told the quoted price for the battery would be more on the morning of installation was a bit sneaky. I had compared prices between your service and others and this was a factor in choosing your service, so I wasn't happy to have this changed on the day, when I had no opportunity to organise otherwise.
