I then had a call back from William after he completed the inspection and took me through the report in detail. He also pointed out areas of minor concern and provided good sound advice. Very friendly. Finished the work quickly. Unfortunately they forgot to put some wire holding clips back in that’s a bit of a pain but solvable.
