I needed am emergency replacement water pump fitted as I was off on holiday the next day , my local garage was fully booked as were all other garages I contacted. First time I have ever used Click Mechanic who I thought were excellent every part of the process was simple and carried out to a high standard. The mechanic was very good and no complaints at all , the only downside was the cost £60 more than the RAC mobile mechanic but they were unable to offer their service on the day required so a small price to pay .

Very disappointed with the service provided by this mechanic through ClickMechanic. My non-starting car was barely inspected before I was told the fuel pump was faulty and the battery needed replacing. I was charged full price for this incorrect diagnosis. After towing the car to a proper garage, a full diagnostic revealed serious issues that were completely missed — a damaged head gasket, cracked engine block, and coolant leak. The car is now effectively scrap. I paid for a professional diagnostic service and instead received a rushed and misleading assessment. I would not recommend this mechanic based on my experience.

Charged me £15 for petrol, but came back with less than I had originally. £40 lasts me 2 weeks driving to swanley and back. If he drove that far how did he carry out an mot and service. No receipt or print out of MOT. Don’t even know if MOT is done?

Efficient, honest, and professional service all round. I’m really pleased with my experience. I booked on a Thursday night for a Saturday slot, but they managed to fit me in sooner and even picked the car up that same evening. The work was finished by the end of the next day, so a full day earlier than expected - really impressed with how quickly everything was sorted! Communication throughout was brilliant. They called when needed and sent WhatsApp photos and voice note updates to explain the work and get approval before doing anything. Quotes were very reasonable too, and they genuinely seemed interested in saving me money rather than adding unnecessary work.
