Jack collected my car and took back to their workshop to carry out my repair and Josh returned my car when work was completed, first impressions are two great guys, work was done to a high standard, very pleased.

Difficult review to write this one. The garage was faultless in the service they offered and quality of work they provided and the price charged. This is where things changed. Car not collected as garage not aware of booking? The money was taken from my account not only before job completed but before it had been collected by yourselves - not the garage. I was then left to find out what had gone wrong and had this been a scam. Jason saved the day and was able to take the stress away from me and try and sort something which he did and worked was completed. Jason from Timperley service and MOT garage - thank you.

Marcel was brilliant from start to finish. Made it very easy and straight forward about the process and clear communication throughout. Also was happy to answer another question late in the day long after the work had been done.

Mohammed was excellent. Our car got picked up on time, they diagnosed the fault (which was turned out to be a much cheaper fix than the RAC had prepped us for), fixed it, and dropped the car back at the end of the day as promised.

Two guys turned up in the booking window and cracked straight on. They identified and showed me that the rear discs/bearings needed doing, gave me a fair price for the job and headed off to get the part before closing. Returned and fixed the issue. Showed me a pic of future work that I’ll want to bear in mind for next time.

Service schedule was not Reset ? May be it doesn’t get reset on an interim service ? That’s were Communication is good to have Car was collected late,, I am a real stickler for people being late No Communication what so ever to let me no they were running late or any updates to say everything was fine with the car.

Requested for my car to be picked up and returned but was contacted by the garage to say one of their mechanics hadn't turned up and asked if I could drive to the c Garage to complete the work required which I did to have the work completed
