So far I have called Sam out to diagnose the repair needed. He appears to be knowledgeable and offers genuine advice on what is best for the customer. The quote was given straight away, did not have to wait for it for long. He would be someone I would trust to get the work done, but have not proceeded just yet due to an injury which does not allow me to drive at this moment.

George at the garage was very informative and gave me a call to say the driver was on the way to collect my car. The driver Arrived in the time slot chosen and was polite. I received an email to say the work was completed late afternoon and the car was returned to me about 15mins later .. All work completed as requested.
