Andrei was excellent: punctual, professional and polite. He went out of his way in communicating what he was doing and why? He was also very tidy and ensured a very clean driveway once he had finished. Highly recommended, and I will be asking for him in the future!

What a great service! I was let down at the last minute and needed to get back on the road ASAP. (delivery business). I was a little apprehensive but following a quick chat with the mechanic, I dropped my van off and 2 hours later it was all done. I received a full report with photos of any points to keep an eye on. Martin phoned to say he will be arriving a little early. He fitted new rear disks and pads with the car in our drive then took the car for a test drive. When I asked he advised that the front disks and pads were ok. Thanks Martin.

Mechanic very knowledgeable but it’s not what I booked , I sent a further request but no reply . I was vaguely aware of the issues with the jeep and was hoping it would have been fixed on the visit when all I received was confirmation of my own investigations with a basic code reader and £80 out of pocket for the privilege. Used click mechanic previously and had that issue resolved

Simon fixed the central locking issue on my Range Rover in about 5 minutes.. Compare this with main dealer opinion that diagnostic check required at £225 + VAT.

Chris came out bang on time and kept me updated as to when he'd be arriving. Got straight to work and quickly found the fault. Can't fault him at all, although less could be said about my car! Definitely highly recommended.

The clutch on my vehicle had gone so I requested "Pick up and Drop off" (at no extra cost) to a very reasonable quote - the pick up driver very friendly very efficient . The vehicle was returned to the door within time stated & the mechanic who returned it made sure I knew procedure in case of problems really professional. It certainly made my life easier not having to organise the day around taking vehicle to garage & returning to pick up. I was able to carry on with my day as normal. Well Done A1
