Dan was class throughout the whole of the process keeping my well informed. Picked up a couple of issues which I did know about and was happy to get the work done at the same time as the scheduled works. Even sorted a quick clean!! He was a nice and friendly but nothing was fixed, came two hours later than said but luckily I work from home. Recommended to fit a part which did nothing, first time I ran the car since and now the car seems to run even worse but I'm almost £200 worse off (part and diagnostics).

Nav did a great job, really nice guy and very polite. Job was meant to be finished on Saturday but run into Sunday owing to supplier part issues. Understanding that we needed the car on Monday , Nav sorted the parts with the supplier and put in a Sunday shift to finalise the work and returned the car back to us on Sunday. Would definitely recommend Nav's commitment to his customers.
