Brilliant again, I had my dacia duster 1.5 diesel prestige mot and service, all good. Had my motorhome not and service with same garage earlier in the year, i recommend this garage and will be using again, thanks lads, top job

The car was collected & I was met by a friendly, polite bloke who informed me of the procedure which was reassuring. I had booked a timing belt replacement & waterpump.

He left his car with me & informed me if I have any issues to contact him.

Later that evening the car was returned by the earlier gentleman's brother. He again was polite & informed me of what's been done. He lift the engine to show me & the earlier pictures on his phone.

We spoke for a while in general with him offering advice on my car for the future.

Drove the car soon after & all was well with the car in good order - feeling a little faster. Ha.

Would recommend thus far just on the interactions with both men & car appears great.

Nav did a great job, really nice guy and very polite. Job was meant to be finished on Saturday but run into Sunday owing to supplier part issues.

Understanding that we needed the car on Monday , Nav sorted the parts with the supplier and put in a Sunday shift to finalise the work and returned the car back to us on Sunday.

Would definitely recommend Nav's commitment to his customers.

My mechanic was considerable late with poor communication around this. When he finally arrived he didn’t look prepared to do any work - in a small car with no tools. He and his friend decided that they had to convince me that the piston in my engine had gone and I would need a new engine. This was out of their scope. I spent a week stressing about the cost implications whilst I paid to get my car towed to my usual garage. They diagnosed a loose fuel injector and fixed it for free. My car is now perfectly fine. I don’t believe the mechanic had any intention of working on my car. I will never use them again.

Asim was brilliant. The battery on my car was dead and I explained this to Asim and this was no problem for him. He collected my car armed with a battery booster which worked a treat. When he returned my car, he talked me through what he found and advised on ways to solve an issue with one of my tyres without being ripped off. Overall, a great service, in both respects.

Very professional service and job carried out. No hassle and same day car delivered back home. Will use the garage again in future.
