Ahmed was excellent: punctual, personable, polite, knowledgeable and reliable.

The mechanic missed a very crucial thing in the assessment. The two back tyres were below the legal limit of 1mm, meaning that I could have received 6pts on my licence if stopped. He marked all 4 tyres as excellent condition in his report.

He turned up on time and he called me after he was done to explain. I was told he only spent about 30-40 minutes with the car, whereas I booked his services for 1-2 hours.
