Ben was excellent. He checked out the car we were interested in buying and highlighted a few things which the garage sorted. Would highly recommend.

He was friendly, but took our word for the reason as to why the vehicle wouldn't start, he took off the starter only to find it was the wrong one, he couldnt come back till the following day to fix it, not his problem. After fitting the new unit he then found out that it wasn't the starter but the flywheel and then recommended that it would need to be on a ramp to fix it, also said that maybe whilst doing so that a new clutch should be changed at well. I feel that he Should he have assessed the job before continuing only to find that it was beyond repair on this occasion, which would have saved us time and money, as £146 out of our account for labour only, and yet still no vehicle

Florin did a great job. He was polite and friendly both over the phone when he confirmed the booking and when he came to pick up and deliver the car. The work has been done to a high standard and my car was returned looking clean and tidy after a valet. I am extremely satisfied, will use the service again and reccomend it to friends and family.
