Ibrahim was polite, friendly and answered all my questions clearly and fully. He communicated well before and during the visit and cleaned and tidied up after himself thoroughly. He suggested I take the car for a test drive to check I was happy with the work and it felt like I was driving a new car! I’m very pleased with the work and service he provided, thank you Ibrahim.

He arrived on time, took the time to show me the repairs he had carried out, and explained everything clearly. Nothing felt rushed, and I really appreciated how thorough and reassuring he was. The mechanic was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Picked up my car (battery was dead), replaced the battery, took it in for service and MOT, and brought it back to my house. All in as part of their service. Will ask again in future. Peter

Happy with work carried out but have a gripe with charging me £30 for some plastic o rings that cost pennies and nearly got charged twice for the same work.

Mechanic was friendly. But price increased 50% without communication in advance despite quote from site. Person delivering it said he used mote expensive parts. This should have been made clear. But great work
