Ralph was excellent- knowledgeable and clear about the work he was doing.

The charge was 60%+ more than the quote. That is unacceptable. If the bill is not going to be inline with the quote then that news should be delivered before any work is done. Gary is a great guy and from what I can tell the work was executed well, I was hoping he'd become our long term mechanic.

Very pleased with the work done I will recommend to friends and family I had break pads and disks fitted all round. I was informed of a few more problems on the car that need to be fixed so I will. Ask to have this work carried out too. Very pleased.

The original repair date was delayed 1 day through no fault of his own, came out the next day 15 mins early. He was friendly and didn't take too long on repairing the car :)
