Great experience all round, Alex went above and beyond to get our car fixed on a tight deadline. Super communication, kept in touch and gave regular updates and then was super helpful and friendly when we came to collect car, with a detailed handover of the work completed. Very good service. I am very pleased with the whole process, form accepting the job through to completion. Jamie went through the previous CamBelt, speaking through the damage and why it was important to have gone through with the change then. The service was reliable and efficient, and very conveniently done at home. He also kept me up to date with the appointment and I was able to adjust the time slightly to fit in with me, and he was very understanding of the reason to shift the time.
