All the work was carried out remotely, so I did not have any direct contact with the mechanic. Following the initial MOT failure, I had no control over the cost of the required repairs. While the repairs have now satisfied the requirements of the MOT test, I believe the cost was excessive. In addition, I am concerned that I have been charged the ULEZ charge for the car's journey on 18 Oct 23 but told that the return journey to my home would be covered by Trade Plates. I have not had any confirmation of this.

Very happy with the work carried out although click mechanic quoted the wrong price for the job so Jamie rang us and further quoted another £170 for the job the day before the job was to be carried out. Not at all Jamie's fault but the company Click mechanic. This should have been done for the original first quote as their mistake.

They were very good at letting me know what was needed. Considering they stepped in at the last minute after my other mechanic fell ill, they did a really good job. The drivers who picked up and dropped off my car were very considerate and courteous. They will need to take your car inside the ULEZ and they asked me to pay for that which you need to be aware of. But for ease of use and no headaches they made it easy to have the work done.
