I can’t really comment on the work as it was a major service although it was done a lot quicker than if it was in a garage which concerns me a little. When I asked questions regarding the car as I had some issues with it before the service - the mechanic seemed to not really know what he was talking about. Whereas previously if I ask questions to a mechanic I have a good understanding at the end of the conversation. This time I just felt the complete opposite. I really like the idea of the website but won’t use Arnold again although he turned up on time and communication was good beforehand.
