Bilal was unresponsive and hard to reach until after the pre-inspection report was done. I was told by the seller he completed his inspection within 45 minutes (the premium pre-inspection report advises 2-3 hours?) He then didn’t call me after the report until I asked him to (which is included in the premier package) and was largely unhelpful in explaining his report. I didn’t feel like I got value for the premium report.

Sam was very polite and knows what he is doing. Very reliable and turned up when he said he would.I booked him in the morning and he arrived the same afternoon.

They took my car and returned it a couple of hours later, MOT complete. I was really impressed with the service and would absolutely use it again.
