We found him very good on communication and good work There was only MOT no other work was done

This is the second time I have used ClickMechanic for a service and both times they have been great. Tristan was really nice, he arrived on time and delivered the car back on time. He absolutely knows his stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to use him or CM again.

Paul was friendly and informative. Did a good job replacing alternator. Needed other parts which he made me aware of before going ahead.

Very happy with the work done, timing belt and water pump replacement. I was shown what had been done and the parts that were replaced before putting everything back together.

Akeil was very helpful and friendly and kept me informed through phone conversations. My experience was nearly perfect however he inputted the wrong mileage in my MOT certificate, confusing kilometers for miles meaning my reading is over 70k kilometers off what it should be. It's an easy mistake to make but I now need to rectify this with the DVLA.
