Simon was spot on. He diagnosed the faults using a state-of-the-art mobile diagnostic system set up for Mercedes Benz cars. He was happy to chat and explain what he was doing throughout the diagnostic session - some would be off hand and secretive. He actually called Mercedes to double check on something. Arrived exactly when he said he would, and called in advance. Was quick and efficient, he knew his stuff, and he have some good advice. Friendly and polite. He didn't not try to "up-sell" and work was overall cheaper than originally quoted.
