This was my 3rd experience with clickmechanic. I would have liked to have been given (rather than having to ask) an eta as someone was awaiting arrival. Pre purchase inspection was carried out ans the seller was happy & the report we got back was very useful. Extra photos & video helped us make a decision to buy or not. The mechanic was happy to help & knowledgeable.

Wirral mechanic Ltd.. The guys were great. They were running a little late but informed me of this so not a problem. They were very understanding and listened to the explanation about the issue with the car. Am very happy with the work they did.

Alex was great, the service provided was excellent and speed of response to requests was second to none, would deffo use again and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to friends and family.

I contacted Clickmechanic because I had a ABS warning light on my dash. The mechanic fitted a ABS sensor. But the ABS light is still on my dash. After spending £198.17 is a waste of money. I will have to take it to my local garage now to sort it out. I won't be using click mechanic again just a waste of money.

Alex sorted the problem with no fuss. Highly recommended. Dealt with a problem which other garages made a massive issue .

Alexander was very professional and clinical in his assessment of our car's problems .Even without the electronic gizmo's he focused on the car's problem and was efficient in tracking the problem.Now that we know what is wrong he has set us up for the problems to be fixed,just excellent diagnostic analysis.
