Accepted job on Click Mechanic for a Thursday, misses time window, calls just after to offer collection on the Monday for an extra charge... Being desperate, I accept (wish I hadn't). Then they didn't have the correct part, long story short, my car was there for over a week (to change an alternator). And icing on the cake, after being told having to re-order a different part would not incur a further cost, I got charged just over another £100. So although I appreciate there was an element of bad luck involved, and the chap I dealt with was very polite and apologetic, it was overall a terrible experience. I certainly will not be using that particular garage, or Click Mechanic, ever again.

Not quoting the correct prices as on the website while holding my car key until I agree his prices quoted on the site, tried to add labour or checking price on top while its a different thing on the website, very disappointed in his attitude n customer service doesn’t seem to be any helpful, definitely won’t come back, wonder how you guys get the excellent comment on trust pilot?!

The clutch was replaced and now it is a delight to change gears. Although I had been able to still drive the car, (having got used to its difficult clutch), they sent a pick up truck to collect which was a weight off my mind as I could envisage the first gear refusing to engage on the way to the garage. This meant a delay in the pick up but I was advised of this. They kept the car overnight as they had to order an extra part, but delivered it back efficiently the next morning as requested.
