Phil helped us out of a Christmas breakdown dilemma, after being let down big-style by the recently launched RAC mobile mechanic service (mechanic arrived, and decided that the car wasn't parked in an appropriate position to affect a repair, despite the RAC recovery man telling us to put it there. He cancelled the job and drove away without even knocking on the door - how's that for service!). Phil's communication was great, and despite difficulty getting a replacement part, during the Christmas break, he persevered, and made the repair whilst we were away from home, leaving the keys in a safe place. We arrived home the following day to a fixed car. Excellent service. Thank you, Phil.

Andy sent a message in the morning advising of the time of arrival. Arrived on time and went straight to work. Throughout the job, he was polite and professional and went on to explain what he was doing and showed the parts to me. Punctual and communication was good, service hard to tell at this stage as service just done. But generally good service, on a negative, I had a wiper blade on passenger side that wasn’t replaced ( rubber was hanging off) and the washer jet spray out of the 6 jets 3 hit the screen. Apart from that would use again, but would probably highlight few issues before hand.

Gurdit was terrific, nothing was to much trouble, even went and collected another part so he could finish the job ontime, highly recommend Gurdit
