I was massively impressed with the ease of booking, the speed of response of the technical team, early availability and reasonable price. Jamie came, had a look, tried to fix but on testing realised he hadn’t, the located and corrected the underlying problem, all within the assessment time so no additional payment was required. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend Jamie and clickmechanic

Maz was great, Knowledgeable and honest. It transpired that the fault was a phantom and no remedial work was needed, He was honest enough to point this out, Cleared the faults on my system and gave sound advice.

Jamie turned up at the time he said he would, he then got on with the job, he was very fast and knew what he was doing, after he fixed the car he showed me what he had done, and tested my battery, it was showing 14.40v so i knew he had fixed the car, i would/will use him again, thank you for a job well done. Andrew was great, did the diagnostic on my car, found the problem, checked I was happy with the price before fixing, took the part away with him and was back that evening with it all fixed, back in my car, car back up and running, thank you

Very happy with the service provided by the mechanic. There was confusion concerning the booking but they resolved the situation by picking my car up. The car was returned with the work done in under an hour. They were polite and called with updates of when the parts would be ready for the work and when they would be collecting the car Less impressed by the booking system as it was unclear that the work wasn't being done on my driveway like I had requested. This wasn't anything to do with the mechanic though and as already mentioned, they resolved the problem

Very happy with the service from the garage and the tow company that collected my car. I was given details of what needed to be done. Options on the work to be carried out. The final bill came to the value advised.

Darren turned up on time and diagnosed problem and managed to reset fault code I then took car for test drive and no repeat of fault code
