The workshop called before pick up to confirm the time, and communication was great throughout. They diagnosed the problem straight away and my car was back within two hours with the work complete - really happy with the service and won't hesitate to use again in future.

There was confusion concerning the booking but they resolved the situation by picking my car up.

The car was returned with the work done in under an hour.
They were polite and called with updates of when the parts would be ready for the work and when they would be collecting the car

Less impressed by the booking system as it was unclear that the work wasn't being done on my driveway like I had requested.
This wasn't anything to do with the mechanic though and as already mentioned, they resolved the problem
