Was emailed, texted and called on the day to say they would be here between 10-12... arrived 12.45
On phone asked if it was driveable. I said yes but it locks out and shuts off after insufficient power is feeding steering etc after 5mins so "not really driveable!"
Guy turns up with tiny jump pack and bigger one. I said where's the truck he says "these will do"... drives off...
5.45 I call them "sorry car broke down midway back had to get a tow i should've phoned but forgot", "so we will have to charge a tow fee" (£40 f*cking quid) me: "I did say it only starts and won't go far!?" "yea sorry still need to charge you I'm afraid"

Hi. I must confess to being thoroughly overwhelmed with happiness. Communications were great throughout, particular the company who did the work. The website was intuitive and easy to use. The price was £1300 cheaper than the quote I had already received and the work was done quickly, to time and cost, and the car delivered safely back (tidier than when it left me). I will definitely and always be using you guys from now. Congratulations for inspiring someone who hasn't been so, for a looooonnnngg time. Bravo

The mechanic, Ash, was indeed a friendly and polite young man, I would say he appeared to be caring and understanding.

However, whether it be the garage or the workers of 'One Stop Auto Shop', I would hesitate in giving them a good reference as my experience was flawed and I was very distressed and disappointed in being without my car for so long. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and extra expense as I had to get a taxi to and from my hospital appointment and had to cancel another. I also could not shop without my car, that would've meant another taxi!

Its my opinion that the garage or the personnel who work there are inexperienced and lacks basic knowledge of Vauxhall cars in that they got the results of their computer testing on the car wrong and had to re-test after fitting a new part, only to realise the problem was indeed a very different part. They then had to ring around to order the said part and wait several days for delivery before completing the Service/MOT on my car, in all they had my car for 6 days.

My car only failed on the ABS Pump for bleeding the brakes. This should've been a quick easy job for any qualified mechanic and I should've had my car back the following day, if not on the same day.

I will not be using this garage again, nor will I be recommending Click Mechanic to anyone. Regards.
