This is the second time Jamie has come out to fix my car. Jamie rang to ask if he could arrive a little early which was great. A big mainstream garage let me down again and diagnosed my car completely incorrectly. Jamie arrived and quickly diagnosed my issue, showed me physically what was wrong with the car which helped me piece it together. Cannot fault Jamie at all.

First time using the system and it works really well. The guys came and collected my Transporter and took it to their garage and returned it after. They kept me informed and put pictures into the system for me to see the progress. I would highly recommend the garage and the system. I shall be using them again.

Phil helped us out of a Christmas breakdown dilemma, after being let down big-style by the recently launched RAC mobile mechanic service (mechanic arrived, and decided that the car wasn't parked in an appropriate position to affect a repair, despite the RAC recovery man telling us to put it there. He cancelled the job and drove away without even knocking on the door - how's that for service!). Phil's communication was great, and despite difficulty getting a replacement part, during the Christmas break, he persevered, and made the repair whilst we were away from home, leaving the keys in a safe place. We arrived home the following day to a fixed car. Excellent service. Thank you, Phil.
