Sean came to the job swiftly - and had dealt with my problem in short order. He was also pleasantly communicative - we talked in a general fashion as he worked, which helped turn a problem into an almost social experience. Well recommended.

Lewis was fantastic. I have absolutely no complaints about the work he carried out.

Brendon did what was supposed to be done. In the process, he broke one of the pipes for the ac system. I got the car back with the ac not working. He will not take responsibility for it and I have to take it to another mechanic to be fixed. Not a pleasant experience. I have used this site before with no problems but I guess I will be wary of this one in the future. I have escalated the issue with the clickmechanic team but no resolution was done. It was the mechanic in question who decided that the issue was considered closed.

The staff are brilliant @ Auto Pro 1st I Had booked a repair at home, I managed to to get the vehicle to them, Unfortunately Click mechanic told them The wrong part required , and it didn’t take a couple of hours, it over a day, which isn’t their fault Which is more that can be said about Click mechanic, I actually can’t put into words how awful you company is.
