First rate! First rate! First rate! Gordon arrived bang on time to collect my car, carried out its service and arranged the MOT as planned. I've been driving for over forty years, and this was my best servicing experience ever. The car was returned at the end of the day with all the work completed and documented very clearly. The very reasonable price agreed beforehand was honoured. I found Gordon and his colleague to be incredibly courteous and helpful--and the is the first time ever that a mechanic has called me once the work has been completed to go over the details and inform me that the car would be home soon. I have also found a huge improvement in the handling of the car. This was the first time I have used ClickMechanic, and I am so impressed that i shall never go anywhere else! Thank you.

Over all really happy with the work, the convenience of having a fully qualified mechanic come to your home and fix your car on just a few days notice at about £40 cheaper than local garages is really helpful, the weather was also terrible, good old British weather for you… I will say two things that did annoy me a little was my drivers door was left open for a small period of time, while it was chucking it down, and also my steering wheel was very dirty, however I know sometimes these things can’t be helped, it’s just a heads up that if your get a customer with a more expensive car, they might not be to happy with their door being left open while it’s chucking it down.. other than that I’m really happy with the work, and fair play for getting stuck in even tho the weather was terrible, Barry also offered to run a diagnostic test free of charge with his latest technology snap on tablet Bare in mind it was still hammering it down at this point, so I kindly refused, and told him to get himself in the warm, thank you again Barry for your dedication today, it hasn’t gone unnoticed, and sorry to nit pick at the door being left open, it’s just the car was soaked, cheers buddy
