The mechanic turned up promptly and fitted my battery; I was at work and my wife was at home to deal with the service and she had no complaints. The battery is working well so far! I did feel that being told the quoted price for the battery would be more on the morning of installation was a bit sneaky. I had compared prices between your service and others and this was a factor in choosing your service, so I wasn't happy to have this changed on the day, when I had no opportunity to organise otherwise.

Martin was very professional and explained everything that had to be done. He was quite quick with the work and went above and beyond with the service provided. Highly recommend.

Kirk was on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He discussed the solution and we managed to get it sorted.
