The chaps who collected my car were late doing so, but they had phoned and told me that they were stuck in traffic. They were friendly. Having paid the price shown online for a full service and MOT I was thunderstruck to learn by email the following day, while my car was still away at the garage, that I had been charged more than 5 times that amount, with no advanced warning. OK, so the work must have been necessary; however I am not able to comment on the quality of the work, which I'm hoping proves to be first-class, but I feel that communication was badly lacking on this occasion.

Ayman top guy very knowledgeable called me a couple of days before the appointment and talked with me about the car I was going to buy so he could do some more research on the make and model would highly recommend and a lot cheaper than AA or RAC I'm well impressed.
