Really pleased with every step of my repair. Diagnosed quickly and explained to me, and my quote for the work was competitive. When it came to the actual repair work this was also carried out quickly and efficiently and to a really high standard. Each visit to my address was within the time quoted, each person that I saw and dealt with was professional and easy to talk to.

Joshua arrived early around 10.00am and stayed good part of 5 hours. I offered him refreshments throughout the day,but he only accepted 1 coffee,as he said he didn't like stopping once he had started the job.The job was completed around 3.00pm. I saw him test and drive my car round the block, and then he offered me to do the same. It drove great, no problems at all.All in all very pleased with the work done on my clutch,and would highly recommend him. He is really clued up on cars,and especially clutches.He told me this was his preference when repairing cars, which is why the work was done to a high standard. A+

Was a first experience of this type of service. Much better use of time than the usual - drop off - wait around - pick up again type of experience I'm accustomed to. Very happy with the outcome and the price. Will be a returning customer.

Very happy with my first experience of using a mobile mechanic , I would recommend using ClickMechanic as Jack was on time and did the job in great time ..... so much better than going and using a garage just to be kept waiting all day .... The chaps who collected my car were late doing so, but they had phoned and told me that they were stuck in traffic. They were friendly. Having paid the price shown online for a full service and MOT I was thunderstruck to learn by email the following day, while my car was still away at the garage, that I had been charged more than 5 times that amount, with no advanced warning. OK, so the work must have been necessary; however I am not able to comment on the quality of the work, which I'm hoping proves to be first-class, but I feel that communication was badly lacking on this occasion.
