Faizan was late, did call to say he would be, car was due to be picked up between 8-10, said he would be hour late, but didn't turn up until 11.30. Friendly. I needed the car back that day and due to the heating not working júst needed some help. The check was of course extra...but all just didn't feel right. Faizan called @ 5, saying they are just running that diagnostic. Had to chase again for an update. It would be another hour...chase with another call...well didn't turn up until 9.30 at night . As a positive, Faizan seemed frustrated that he didn't sort the heating out, but sceptical whether they/ he even tested that hard.

Very friendly. Turned up on time and got me back up and running in no time at all.

I'm sorry I missed the Mechanics name but absolutely 1st Class service, I was going downstairs to sort the car out when I got his call that he was by the TA Hall , went and opened the gate to garage area so his car would be safe in my garage, I assured him it would fit, it did comfortably. Called me again to let me know that it would be wise to replace both front anti roll bar linkages , I agreed straight away to have the work done as it's best to do for safety . Thank You for everything great job well done . Car is driving beautifully again

I had very little interaction with the mechanic, so I can't know if he was knowledgeable. It was a major service. So I have to assume it was done to specification. The report I received by email was not filled out, with any comments.
