Had an engine oil and filter change. After the work was supposedly done, the engine under tray wasn’t fitted back properly. Missing screws and bolts. Nearly lost it whilst driving. Never using this website again.

Very good communication and timekeeping. Slightly disappointing that the auxiliary belt could not also be completed, apparently this was due to the wrong part being supplied. Also slightly disappointing to find that the coolant was below the minimum level on delivery and required topping up. Solid but not spectacular.

Nathan and his coworker seemed to get the job pretty swiftly. They also called me up to offer and earlier time slot if I wanted one. I took the opportunity and we drove round the block to hear the noise the engine was making and they then resolved the issue, even in the pouring rain, in about 10-15 mins. Hopefully the van keeps running smoothly from here on out. Cheers fellas.

Had Somo attend my workplace today on a mobile callout and was thoroughly impressed. The guys were knowledgable, polite, professional and got the job done quickly and correctly so now I have a properly working van. I'm nosey when it comes to work I don't know and at no point was I ushered away from the vehicle and the lads were happy to answer any questions I had during the process. Work completed quickly in difficult conditions and they even waited a while after completing to ensure everything was as it should be. Cannot fault the service today at all, thanks again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great service from Tari at ClickMechanic. Communication was excellent throughout, and he was very accommodating when shifts had to be rearranged due to a part not yet being ready to fit. He called back as soon as possible to keep me updated, carried out the work efficiently, and identified no faults. A professional, reliable service from start to finish. Would definitely use Tari again and highly recommend him to others.

Brilliant - picked up my car, talked me through what they would need to do. 3 hours later my car was back! Needed brake pads replaced - turns out when I had them done elsewhere a few months ago, they weren't fitted properly. NW sorted them and popped the keys through the letterbox as I was out. Excellent all round
