Jordan was a very competent mechanic and did a good job fixing the issues with my daughter's car. He was pleasant and helpful. However he arranged to come out prior to the job to diagnose the issue before starting work and did not turn up on the first date arranged and attended on a later day: he did not call to say he would not be attending on the original day having waited in for him.
His pre-diagosis of the problem was not the same as the issue I had originally requested Clickmechanic quote for and he advised that he would not replace the manifold if it was not required.

Well work on was completed on time. Jordan kept me up to date all the way though. Had the car diagnosed by someone else who diagnosed it wrong Jordan was helpful and fixed the part that was wrong with it as well. I will be going to Jordan from now on. Great guy and trustworthy

Diagnosed the issue within in 10 minutes: faulty earth connector to starter. Got the part sorted (made it up himself as they are hard to source), fixed the issue and my van was up and running, no messing. Based on this experience I would 100% recommend him.
