Jane and her mechanic (sorry I didn't catch his name) arrived ahead of schedule which was a great benefit to me. Initially assisted me to manoeuvre the car out of the garage to begin the replacement of the starter motor. Estimated time of 2 - 3 hours was completed in just 2 hours. Jane then called to say work completed. So pleased I have the use of my Renault Clio again and the work comes with a year's guarantee.

They arrived late, but phoned at the time they were due to say would be late. They were friendly and polite and got the job done really efficiently and 100% satisfied with the job they did.

James was friendly, efficient and an excellent communicator. He had to do a lot of problem-solving, as issues occurred which could not have been foreseen and were definitely not his fault. He just quietly dealt with the problems until he found a solution. A good mechanic offering great customer service.
