Kieron was excellent, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that he was inspecting. He has basically saved me from buying a vehicle that could have been a potential money pit. The vehicle in question had been previously written off due to structural damage, and there could have been a lot of damage that was unseen. He phoned me the day before and gave me a detailed account of what I could expect from the inspection, and also after I viewed the report a briefing on his findings. Which was a very detailed explanation and clarification of all the important points and issues outlined in the report. So pleased with the service! I will definitely using click mechanic again! He was good and polite, but he did not diagnosed my car first and changed the starter motor for my car and the engine wont start. He said need to change the battery, in the morning i changed the battery, and engine wont workout, i called about the issue, he said need to change the car key transponder. Im absolutley unhappy with the service you caharged me £ 185. But work does not carried out. I need my refund back

Didn't arrive on the day due to logistical problems agreed vehicle would need towing to his garage for furthar investigation next day, promptly called me back within an hour of collecting vehicle, unfortunately the vehicle was uneconomical to repair at his garage so have asked for it to be transported to another location which he has said he is happy to do
