First the positives:
The work seems to have been carried out well. Tony is a nice guy who is very easy to deal with.
And these are the most important things.
Comns with Jayson are an issue. In my case, he said he broke his phone which explains some delays, but not the no show that I had to deal with. Plus, he tends to bristle when asked for details.

Jayson was on time can't fault the major service carried out car is running smoothly again it unfortunately failed the MOT due to a snapped spring was quoted for the work but found another garage at half the price to carry out changing the springs tried to communicate about having them replaced and wanted to no about the re test for the MOT I sent via the message board Thursday but heard nothing back I did only have the MOT fail on the Tuesday and was told I'd have 5 days for a re take

the work the mechanic did was good but the communication was bad. the appointments kept being changed without consulting me, after the first time turning up without 1 of the parts needed.
the issue I had really was the lack of meaningful communication, I called the engineer twice after they failed to fit the drums that were part of the job. he said both times he would call me back to let me know but failed to do so. then kept changing the date. eventually the work was completed 1 week later than it should

Scott,
As cleary explained to you on many occasions, the drums were a special order from the dealer, not stocked at any other part supplier. Yet on numerous occasions you expected us to magically make them appear, there is only so many times we can explain, that we can only fit the parts we can get and if we cant get the parts cannot fit them.
We cannot be held responsible for the lack of suppliers in the UK for your vehicle and the delay in getting them, we communicate this to you via the app.
If it was an off the shlef product the job would have been done in 6 hours. but we had to wait over 10 days to get the part on back order from the dealer.
Not something we can control.

Mechanic was good, friendly and helpful. Even when a fault came up after visit he came back and helped.
However, I can no longer recommend due to the dreadful customer service afterwards.
My service book was taken back to be signed and stamped, I hadn't received anything in a few weeks so chased,was constantly told that they will check or they will get my tracking number but I never did receive anything from them.
I have tried to contact the owner there several times and I am now being ignored.
