The service was very good. The engine arrived on time and completed the required work without any issues

Attend to look at the issue, which had been diagnosed by another mechanic for us. Wasn't the issue but no fault of the mechanic.

I’ve only today managed to give the car a good test drive today. So far, everything looks OK.
He was friendly and courteous so all good there.
My only complaint was punctuality. He was early - but 5 hours early!!

Apparently he did call my mobile. however, I missed the call but because he didn’t leave a message, I didn’t know it was him.
(I don’t respond to unknown calls if message wasn’t left).
We could have been out!

Jayson did a great job. Small delay with not being able to ramp up my van on gravel drive, so required a garage to lift, but then was fantastic, and still a pretty fast turnaround. He was vey thorough, and helpful, and I can now take my van on holiday! Thanks Jayson.
