Ian arrived on time to service my wife's car and she had only positive things to say about his friendly, helpful manner. He carried out the service quickly and cleanly and also offered advice on how to tackle a problem on the car that was not part of the annual service he had come to do. We would definitely use his services again.

Never showed up to complete the work 2 days in a row despite assurances they would be available at the time that was arranged. Only updated with regards to what time they would be arriving after multiple attempts to contact them by call/text. Marked the work as completed and invoiced for it despite no work being done whatsoever.

Ian was very helpful and advised me what I had booked was incorrect. Due to the problem with the car it couldn't be completed, I am glad he called out and didn't just do the job for the sake of it

Ian was a great mechanic, knows everything and is really friendly and easy going. We marked down for punctuality only because of the motorway holding him up on previous jobs, out of his control unfortunately. Also, the clickmechanic website was a pain for initial communication but once sorted out with them, the communication was brilliant and Ian let us know what was going on and when he would be here.

Ian was absolutly fantastic, kept me
informed of parts required for the vehicle to be repaired and upfront straightaway when parts authorisation was going to cause delay due to me ordering incorrect parts

Ian arrived within planned timescale and started with the job straightaway, as working from home, felt fine leaving him with the car and he called into house when first part was off the drivers side to show me wear and damage and did same again when parts replaced on passenger side

All in all great job, very friendly and enjoyed the time spent chatting during the job when i wasn't at laptop and saved me £570 against dealers quoted costs

Yes replaced the dpf as requested. He needed to aquire a replacement pipe and kept me informed through the process. Very efficient polite friendly top service.
