Firstly only seen you the once to collect you to show you your car needed a flywheel for it to work properly and you refused once I got your home address.
As you can see by my other feedback this is totally untrue car came in needing a clutch due to running but no drive in gear after it was stripped down I could see it needed a flywheel informed customer and was refused saying it didn't need one so put all back together with new clutch and sent it back with a massive flywheel judder and informed customer car was returned running and driving customer informed me job wasn't done correctly and wanted it fixed I offered to fit a flywheel at cost price with no labour it was refused he stated he wanted half his money back I refused and said once I have my clutch kit back I will issue a full refund and I'm still waiting for it I don't recommend parts for fun if your car needs them I will say this was just a job that was going to go wrong due to parts being refused please have a look at my other feedback to confirm this .

He was good and polite, but he did not diagnosed my car first and changed the starter motor for my car and the engine wont start. He said need to change the battery, in the morning i changed the battery, and engine wont workout, i called about the issue, he said need to change the car key transponder.
Im absolutley unhappy with the service you caharged me £ 185. But work does not carried out. I need my refund back

Hi I apologise for this however you first job was a crank sensor and when I arrived I spoke to you before starting and also tried car you stated to me the garage down the road tested battery and said it was crank sensor. I tried the car and you had nothing going on which isn't right for a crank sensor fault the car will try to start but won't yours was dead considering you told me battery was good so this is why I changed your quote to a starter motor which was fitted at no point on your job sheet was there diagnostics otherwise they would off been carried out however once starter was fitted I carried out free diagnostics on your car which threw up no transponder key recognized so that is your issue once again I apologise for your experience however a crank sensor wouldn't off fixed your car.
