I am so pleased with the work done. The ability to contact prior to the appointment was really useful and I was able to request an unexpected additional piece of work to be done. I was shown the parts that were replaced and I can see the pictures in my online account. The area was left as clean and tidy as possible and I was given advice on what to look for.
