Really impressed with service, raised request for new spark plugs at 10pm night before bank holiday. Job accepted for 8am to 10am slot, they rang to say part delayed (it was Good Friday and request only made night before), but then they came 11am, very friendly service, changed spark plugs and car drove smoothly to Somerset and back.

Absolutely fantastic, our mechanic was very professional, kept me informed, was knowledgeable and had my best interests in mind. I was looking at purchasing a car from a dealership in Birmingham, but as this was a long journey & would take a whole day to travel there & back, I wanted a way to get the car independently checked before making the journey. I came across the pre-purchase inspection available via “Click Mechanic” on Google, I was going to use the AA as they’re a well known brand, however with the high number of positive reviews & the near 35% saving, I thought I’d give them a go. Needless to say, I was not dissatisfied. I got a call from the mechanic, Imran, the day before to confirm a few details and to answer any questions I had. We then set up a chat on WhatsApp to make it easier to communicate, send photos and reports. On the day of the appointment, Imran was due to start between 10-12. By 10:18, I had an update from him to tell me that from the short amount of time he had been there, he could already tell the car was in a bad state of repair and sent through photos and a video of the mould, water coming into the car, bits falling off (both inside and outside) including the rear tailgate switch, and this was before he’d even opened the bonnet. He advised it’s probably best to stop now as he can also hear a very squeaky fan belt & (given what he has seen already) would not pay £500 for the car, let alone the near £2k asking price. I agreed and thanked him for his honesty, but the honesty didn’t stop there as he also discounted the final bill to account for the shorter inspection time. This saved me both time and money that would have otherwise been wasted travelling to Birmingham to view a Lemon, and I could not be more glad I chose to give “Click Mechanic” a go, and thankful for Imran’s professionalism and impartial help and advice. Will definitely be using again in future.

Really nice guy and did the job we requested. However the fault code came back up and it’s been two weeks with no chance of seeing him again. Really hard to get hold of after several attempts still in the dark if the problem is fixed or requires more attention. I’m not a mechanic so needed for him to help if anything else was needed on the vehicle

It wasn't Andrew, that job was cancelled due to events. Andrew was excellent in communication with me. Sam completed the job as requested, Sam was also excellent in communication and professionally completed the job, later updating me verbally. I am delighted with the service provided.
