No issue with mechanic just with click company. No one speaks on the phone just annoying automated emails and communication only via logging into account just to get a message!

Joe was great. He checked the car over. I wasn't able to be there with him but this is not a problem. Once finished he called me to describe the issues he found. Some were understandable due to the car's age, but others less so, like the fact the engine had been changed, parts were missing, hidden rust, patched wing and that it had been resprayed. Obviously it had been in a frontal prang of some description...but wasn't obvious to me when I looked at it. Money well spent!

Carlos was very terrific, he broke down all the information to me in layman's terms for me to understand. He was friendly, and helpful and I would definitely request to have him again.

My mechanic did a good job with my MOT unfortunately it did not pass but I was given some good advice on what my choice were. He was polite and courteous even when delivering the bad news.
