Joshua came out to find where coolant was leaking from my engine and quickly and confidently identified the problem. He also did a vehicle health check and changed a bulb that had gone at no extra charge. He was friendly and communicative and explained everything clearly.

Darren is a friendly guy and was extremely thorough looking over the van. He rang me immediately he had done the report to run through his findings, and what was a concern, what was usual given the age of the vehicle, and what was something we migth want to negotiate with the vendor. He had a great knowledge of what he was talking about not just from a mechanical point of view, but from an MOT/safety side as well as the more pragmatic real world.

Very pleased with the work carried out, Richard explained exactly what he was finding as he investigated the issue and came up with a solution very quickly when it became clear he didn't have the exact part needed that meant the work was still completed that day.

Literally turned up, did a computer diagnoatic (the very same thing the RAC had done for me the previous day) and when asked if he could help us get the car fixed he stated no as he was going on holiday......£70 for 30 minutes....not a bad rate to do nothing.

Omg, what can I say... Absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful. Now realised how I've been ripped off by my main stream garage. Roshan you were brilliant, glad to have met a mechanic that you know you can trust. Best part for me was that he came to my house to carry out the work outside of normal working hours. Really helps as when you work shifts and being on call it's hard to book your car into a garage. Got to say price was pretty good too... Can't fault Roshan or click mechanic, one very happy customer 🤗
