I booked in a short notice and Mauro gave me a heads up once he took this service. During the day, he gave me another call in advance and arrive on time. He did the job on his own within scheduled time. I were fully focused on my work and no need to worry on his. Finally he showed his work and also gave detail explanations on my follow up questions. I tried the car and it worked very well and I am pleased with Mauro for his professional work.

Was quick to identify and diagnose the issue, also friendly and communicative. He was stuck at a previous job overrunning and still managed to attend on the agreed day 👍 Tricky to evaluate price without others to compare to - possibly a touch on the steep side (£298 all in for the diagnostics and then replacement of VW ignition coil and three spark plugs). Maybe that’s standard for a call-out job, I don’t know. But writing it here gives a flavour for others to judge. Overall pleased with the service though.
